The Spicy Olive Texas Caviar
Always a crowd pleaser!
  • 1can black eyed peasdrained
  • 1can black beansrinsed
  • 1can white shoe peg corn
  • 2can petite diced tomatoes
  • 1small Onionminced
  • 1/2cup fresh cilantrochopped
  • 1 yellow pepperdiced
  • 1/4cup The Spicy Olive’s Persian Lime Olive Oil
  • 1/4cup The Spicy Olive’s Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2teaspoons The Spicy Olive’s Bakouti Green Chili Olive Oil
  1. Mix all ingredients in large bowl and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving with tortilla chips.
