The Spicy Olive’s Blueberry Smoothie
  • 2cups blueberriesfrozen
  • 1/3 cup The Spicy Olive’s Strawberry balsamic vinegar
  • 1fresh bananasliced
  • 1 cup baby kale
  • 1/4cup The Spicy Olive’s Hojiblancafresh Ultra Premium olive oil
  • 2Tablespoons chia seeds
  1. Soak the chia seeds in 1/3 cup Strawberry balsamic vinegar for 20 minutes prior to making this recipe.
  2. Add the soaked chia seeds, olive oil, banana slices to the blender jar and blend to a smooth consistency. Add the baby kale and frozen blueberries to the blender jar and process until completely smooth.
  3. Makes 2 generous portions or 4 smaller servings.
