Sweet and Spicy Maple Glazed Nut Mix

Ingredients
  • 1cup peacans
  • 1cup Almonds
  • 1cup walnuts
  • 2tablespoons brown Sugar
  • 2tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1tablespoon The Spicy Olive’s Chipotle Olive Oil
  • 1teaspoon The Spicy Olive’s Vermont Maple Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2tablespoons fresh rosemarychopped
  • 1teaspoon dried thymechopped
  • 1/8teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, toss all three nuts with brown sugar and maple syrup, maple balsamic, chipotle olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper. Spread the nuts on an ungreased, rimmed baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned. The nuts can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
