The Spicy Olive’s Balsamic Chicken Marinade

Ingredients
  • 2Tbsp The Spicy Olive’s Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp The Spicy Olive’s Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1tsp The Spicy Olive’s Roasted Garlic and Champagne mustard
  • 1tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2tsp ground black pepper
  • 2tsp chopped fresh rosemary
Instructions
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk until emulsified. Add the raw chicken breasts to the bowl and gently toss to coat.
  2. Cover and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes- 1 hour or cover and transfer to the fridge and marinate up to 6 hours. Let refrigerated chicken come to room temperature before cooking.
  3. Grill over medium heat to avoid burning the marinade. Cook 4-6 minutes on each side, until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. You can also prepare in a 375 degree oven until the internal temperature reaches 165 dgrees.
