Menu:
Marinated beef tenderloin with garlic, horseradish and rosemary or thyme
Polenta with goat cheese and Greek herbs
Roasted green beans with toasted hazelnuts (or almonds) and dried cranberries
Pumpkin pecan bread pudding with homemade bourbon caramel drizzle – the caramel makes a lovely jarred gift from the kitchen
Class includes food preparation demonstration by Rita, tasting of the foods prepared (full meal portions) and wine pairing.
