Salad Course: San Fransisco Cobb Salad
1st Course: Maryland Crab Cake with Remoulade Sauce and New Orleans Shrimp and Grits (cheese and cracker plate will be served to those that can’t eat seafood)
2nd Course: BBQ Pork Tenderloin wrapped in Bacon served with All American Potato Salad and Boston Baked Beans
Dessert: NY Cheesecake bite and a Brownie bite served with Vanilla Ice cream and Fresh Strawberries.
