Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package mixed greens
  • 1 package fresh arugula
  • 1/3 cup dried tart cherries
  • 1/3 cup Feta Cheese (or gorgonzola for a stronger taste profile) or crumbled goat cheese
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup toasted pecans or walnuts
Dressing:
  • 1/4 cup The Spicy Olive's Persian Lime Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup The Spicy Olive's Montmorency Cherry Rose' white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon The Spicy Olive's Champagne and Roasted Garlic mustard

Method
 

  1. Place salad greens and arugula into a large salad bowl. Top with dried cherries, apple slices, cheese and nuts. Whisk mustard into the Cherry Rose' balsamic in a small bowl. Drizzle in the Persian Lime olive oil while whisking to incorporate. Pour salad dressing over salad and toss to evenly coat the greens. Serve and enjoy!
