Charcuterie featuring Spanish Sausages and cheeses (Manchengo and others)
Chorizo in wine and Gambas al Ajillo (Shrimp in Garlic and chili infused olive oil) and Albondigas (Spanish meatballs in a rich tomato sauce) served with Spanish rice
Dessert: Flan with caramel sauce and fresh fruit
