Cooking Class with Chef Margot Blondet of Salar Austin Landing 2/15/18

Chef Margot Blondet is eager to get back to cooking for her patrons after the fire that recently closed her restaurant, Salar.

Chef Margot is one of the most creative and inventive chefs in the Dayton area and we are looking forward to her class at the Spicy Olive on Feb. 15, 2018 Margot enjoyed using The Spicy Olive’s olive oil and balsamic vinegars to prepare the food at her restaurant and in particular our Blood Orange olive oil.

Menu is under development.

The cost of this class is $45 and includes tastings of foods prepared, wine pairings, recipes and a 60ml sampler of balsamic vinegar.
