The Spicy Olive Mini Caprese Bites

                - 1 pint grape tomatoes halved
- 10-14 fresh mozzerella balls cut into thirds
- 1/4 cup The Spicy Olive's Basil Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons The Spicy Olive's 18 year aged Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 6 slices fresh basil leaves sliced thin

    Instructions
    
                - Thread 1 tomato half, 1 piece of cheese, and another tomato half onto each skewer. Place skewers in a shallow serving dish.
