Ingredients
  • 410 ounce salmon filets
  • 1teaspoon Seasonella Aromatic herbal saltavailable at The Spicy Olive
  • 1/2teaspoon black pepper
Fresh Herb Mixture
  • 2minced shallots
  • 2Tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2Tbsp chopped thyme
  • 2Tbsp fresh chopped chives
  • 1Tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1Tbsp The Spicy Olive’s Champagne & Roasted Garlic Mustard
  • 1/2teaspoon sugar
  • 2Tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 1/2cup The Spicy Olive’s Cobrancosa olive oilor other Medium to Robust Ultra Premium olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat grill to medium high, clean surface well and brush with oil.
  2. Sprinkle salmon evenly with ¾ teaspoon of Seasonello fine sea salt and ½ teaspoon of pepper.
  3. Whisk together all the fresh herbs, Dijon mustard, sugar, lemon juice, Portuguese Cobrançosa and remaining ¼ teaspoon of Seasonello fine sea salt.
  4. Coat grill with some oil, place salmon on grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
  5. Once cooked spoon over a few tablespoons of the herbed EVOO mix and serve. Suggested side dishes – French style mashed potato, salad or grilled vegetables.
