Salad
  • 2 heads Romaine lettuce washed and torn into pieces
  • 1 Cucumber peeled, seeded, and chopped
  • 1/2 red onion sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives pitted
  • 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
Dressing
  • 1/3 cup The Spicy Olive's Oregano White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2/3 cup The SPicy Olive's Lemon extra virgin olive oil

Method
 

  1. Place salad ingredients in a large salad bowl. Whisk together the salad dressing and pour over salad and toss to coat. Enjoy!
