- Whisk the dressing ingredients together.
Salad
- Toast the chopped walnuts over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring consistently until fragrant. Coarsely chop spinach and grapes, toss with feta cheese and vinaigrette. Sprinle with walnuts and serve.
