The Spicy Olive’s Roasted Broccoli
The healthiest way to prepare vegetables is to saute or roast them in olive oil. This traps in the nutrients that are in the vegetables as well as the health benefits from the olive oil, vitamins A & E, monounsaturated fats and anti inflammatory agents.

Place broccoli florets in a ziplock bag. Pour Milanese Gremolata olive oil over the broccoli and seal. Shake the bag until broccoli is evenly coated with the olive oil. Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with the Citrus Herb seasoning. Place in preheated 400 degree oven. Roast for 20 minutes until broccoli is crisp tender. Enjoy!
