A seasonal favorite – get a bottle before we bring in the spring flavors!

Flavor: Vermont maple … just like syrup!

Complements: Pork, ice cream, dressings, meat marinades, fruit

Oil Pairings: Basil, Blood Orange, Butter, Chipotle,
Milanese Gremolata, Harissa, Lemon, Roasted French Walnut Oil, or any
of The Spicy Olive’s single varietal extra virgin olive oil

Ideas:

  1. Drizzle with Walnut Oil or Butter EVOO over pancakes, waffles or French toast
  2. Glze reduction for bacon slices, chicken or pork
  3. Combine with Blood Orange EVOO for a unique salad dressing
  4. Pair with Herbs de Provence EVOO for a delicious pork marinade
  5. Add to cake and other baked goods recipes
  6. Mix with a spicy dijon mustard to top ham
  7. Add to baked beans or to BBQ sauce
  8. Pour over ice cream
