Method
- Clean asparagus and break off tough stems
- Coat asparagus in olive oil
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Place in 400°F oven and roast until bright green and crisp tender, about 15–20 minutes, or grill for 10–15 minutes.
- For a real treat, drizzle with our Age 18 Yr. Traditional balsamic vinegar before serving!
