Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk until emulsified. Add the raw chicken breasts to the bowl and gently toss to coat.
Cover and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes- 1 hour or cover and transfer to the fridge and marinate up to 6 hours. Let refrigerated chicken come to room temperature before cooking.
Grill over medium heat to avoid burning the marinade. Cook 4-6 minutes on each side, until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
You can also prepare in a 375 degree oven until the internal temperature reaches 165 dgrees.
