Method
- Place mixed baby greens in a salad bowl and top with nuts, cheese and dried figs.
- In a small mixing bowl, mix together the Black Mission FIg balsamic vinegar and the mustard until combined. Using a whisk, drizzle in the Herbs de Provence olive oil until the olive oil and balsamic are emulsified and the dressing is thick.
- Pout the dressing over the greens and toss to evenly coat the greens. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
