  • 1 cup packed baby spinach leaves
  • 3 Tbsp The Spicy Olive's A-Premium white balsamic vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp minced chives
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp The Spicy Olive's Roasted Garlic and Champagne mustard
  • 1/2 cup The Spicy Olive's Black Garlic and Ginger olive oil
  • 1/2 cup The Spicy Olive's Ultra Premium single varietal olive oil
  • Kosher salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients except olive oil in the jar of a blender or food processor. Process to create a thick green paste. Add the olive oil while the motor is running, and process briefly until just emulsified. Refrigerate in a sealed container for up to a week.
  2. Enjoy over a fresh green salad or a Cobb salad
