In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Spicy Olive is having a cooking class based on The Pink Ribbon Diet! Melanie Cedargren will lead this class on making your body a cancer fighting or cancer preventing machine by eating a combination of whole grain starches, extra virgin olive oil and vegetables!
Menu: This class consists of how one would eat throughout the day if one followed the Pink Ribbon Diet.
Breakfast: Blood Orange olive oil Granola with Greek Yougurt
Lunch: Vegetable Soup with Whole Grain bread and olive oil
Dinner: Wild Mushroom and Sage Lasagna with Salad
Dessert and Red Wine will be served as well.
