Melanie Cedargren, owner of The Spicy Olive, was on the Fox Morning show today making a Mandarin Pasta Salad! This salad is perfect for Fourth of July parties, pot luck suppers or an easy, healthy side dish at home. This salad features The Spicy Olive’s Mandarin Argumato olive oil and our Honey Ginger white balsamic to give the salad an abundance of flavor!

Melanie Cedargren appeared on the Fox 19 Morning Show with a great Steak recipe just in time for Father’s Day! Olivewood Smoked olive oil and Espresso balsamic vinegar are the June Flavors of the Month and are the perfect pair to marinate a flank steak! Melanie finished the steak by serving it with mushrooms and onions sauteed in the Olivewood Smoked olive oil and Espresso balsamic! Delicious!
Melanie also showcased some great Father’s Day gift ideas for dads that love to cook and grill!

Lemon Blueberry Super Foods Salad on Living Dayton
The Flavors of the Month for May are Wild Blueberry balsamic and Lemon olive oil at The Spicy Olive. This flavorful duo is featured in our Lemon Blueberry Super Foods Salad.
This healthy salad uses super greens, like baby kale, baby spinach, arugula, and is topped with antioxidant rich berries (raspberries and blueberries), avocados and walnuts.

Spicy Olive Super Food Salad On Fox 19
The Spicy Olive’s Super Foods Salad is a beautiful compliment to any meal! Dressed with our Lemon olive oil and Wild Blueberry balsamic vinegar to complement the berries in the salad. Use spinach greens, arugula, baby kale or a spring mix then top with cubed avocado, blueberries, raspberries, purple onion and walnuts. The salad looks like a rainbow and is just as delicious! The salad is full of nutrients and anti oxidants!
