  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp The Spicy Olive's Baklouti Green Chili fused olive oil
  • 1 6 oz. can tomato paste
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • 2 Tbsp The Spicy Olive's Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 buns split and toasted

Instructions
  1. In a large skillet heat Baklouti Fused Olive Oil, cook beef (add a pinch of salt), onion, celery and bell pepper until meat is brown and vegetables are tender, stirring to break up any meat. Drain off fat.
  2. Stir tomato paste, water, garlic and balsamic vinegar into beef mixture in skillet. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until liquid reduces. Serve on rolls.
