The Spicy Olive’s Balsamic Chicken Marinade

A delicious marinade for juicy grilled or baked chicken breasts. This marinade is also good on chicken legs, kebobs, thighs or even pork chops or whole pork tenderloins. You can change the flavor profile of the marinade by using different Spicy Olive balsamic vinegars!

  • 2 Tbsp The Spicy Olive's Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp The Spicy Olive's Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tsp The Spicy Olive's Roasted Garlic and Champagne mustard
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary

Instructions
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk until emulsified. Add the raw chicken breasts to the bowl and gently toss to coat.
  2. Cover and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes- 1 hour or cover and transfer to the fridge and marinate up to 6 hours. Let refrigerated chicken come to room temperature before cooking.
  3. Grill over medium heat to avoid burning the marinade. Cook 4-6 minutes on each side, until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. You can also prepare in a 375 degree oven until the internal temperature reaches 165 dgrees.
