The Spicy Olive’s Pasta Salad

The recipe calls for The Spicy Olive’s extra virgin and lemon juice for the dressing, but any of our flavored olive oils and balsamic vinegars would work as well. Some suggested combos are: Tuscan Herb olive oil with Sicilian Lemon balsamic, Lemon olive oil with Neapolitan Herb balsamic or Garlic olive oil with Oregano white balsamic. Let your imagination and taste buds run wild with different delicious combos!
The Spicy Olive’s Grilled Lamb Chops
Marinated, grilled lamb chops are perfect for Easter or any special occasion. There are many combinations of The Spicy Olive’s balsamic vinegars and olive oils that work well here. Some ideas to try are:

The Spicy Olive’s Chicken and Mushroom Skillet
This recipe was prepared on The Fox 19 Morning Show and Living Dayton show in October and everyone loved it so I decided to add to the website! This is a remake of a recipe I used to make with cream of mushroom soup. This new version is healthier, more flavorful and easier to digest if you are sensitive to cream or dairy. Serve this with a brown and wild rice mix and add a Tablespoon of The Spicy Olive’s Wild Mushroom and Sage olive oil to add flavor to the rice mix.
The Spicy Olive’s Spinach Artichoke Flatbread
This delicious flatbread pizza is a wonderful appetizer for football games, tailgates, and even for the upcoming holiday season! This recipe is easy to change, giving an easy flatbread template to use for all your entertaining.
Here are some additional ideas to try:
Pesto flatbread- Top the flatbread with our delicious Delizia Pesto (available at The Spicy Olive), spreading a thin layer of pesto across the flatbread. Add mozzarella cheese, grilled chicken and other veggies for a delicious treat.
Italian Flatbread- Spread a thin coating of The Spicy Olive’s Tuscan Herb olive oil over the flatbread. Top with sauteed mushrooms and onion , crumbled Italian sausage and pizza cheese blend for a flavorful appetizer.
I like to use a purchased Naan bread to use for the flatbread saving the step of making dough. You could also use store bought pizza crusts or dough and pita bread.
