The Spicy Olive’s Cranberry Orange Olive oil Bundt Cake

This Bundt Cake is a delicious option for breakfast, brunch and dessert! It features The Spicy Olive’s Blood Orange olive oil.

The Spicy Olive’s Greek Quinoa Salad

Here is a delicious take on a Greek Salad! The  Spicy Olive has several combinations that work great for a Greek salad dressing. Two of my favorites are Oregano white balsamic vinegar with Lemon olive oil or Neapolitan Herb balsamic with Milanese Gremolata olive oil.

The Spicy Olive’s Vegan Creamy Cauliflower Soup

This soup is cream free, dairy free but it is thick and creamy anyway because of the potatoes and cauliflower that are blended together. As thick and satisfying as a bowl of Baked Potato soup,  with no dairy or cheese! The use of The Spicy Olive’s Butter olive oil gives it a RICH BUTTERY  flavor but there is no butter in the olive oil!

The Spicy Olive’s Cranberry Stuffing

Here is a delicious and festive side dish for the holidays!

The Spicy Olive’s Chicken and Mushroom Skillet

This recipe was prepared on The Fox 19 Morning Show and Living Dayton show in October and everyone loved it so I decided to add to the website! This is a remake of a recipe I used to make with cream of mushroom soup. This new version is healthier, more flavorful and easier to digest if you are sensitive to cream or dairy. Serve this with a brown and wild rice mix and add a Tablespoon of The Spicy Olive’s Wild Mushroom and Sage olive oil to add flavor to the rice mix.

Asian Quinoa Edamama Salad

This delicious Asian inspired salad is the perfect side dish.  It is great for everyone including people with  gluten allergies and vegan diets, making it a great salad to share!

The Spicy Olive’s German-style Potato Salad

My Grandma always made a delicious German potato salad with a vinaigrette dressing and lots of crumbled bacon. This is my take on her recipe using our delicious olive oils and balsamic vinegars for the dressing! The Olivewood Smoked olive oil adds to the smoky flavor the bacon imparts on the salad!

Dark Chocolate and Mandarin Agrumato Olive Oil Madeleines

Absolutely mind blowing. Here’s a perfect example of using olive oil not simply because it’s amazingly good for the human body, but also because if used in the proper context, it can elevate even the most humble of culinary applications.
The bright, citrus notes of the Mandarin Agrumato (fused) Olive Oil play beautifully with the deep, earthy, rich dark chocolate. The exterior edges are just ever so barely caramelized, while the middles are ethereal and moist.

These would also be delicious made with The Spicy Olive’s Blood Orange olive oil!

The Spicy Olive’s Derby Pie

A delicious Kentucky tradition served every May to celebrate the Kentucky Derby. A take on Pecan pie, except perfected by adding walnuts, bourbon and some Dark Chocolate balsamic vinegar!
